Pastoral Care & Leadership II – (MIN 408)
Welcome & Introduction
The course “Pastoral Care and Leadership – Part 2” at Covenant University is structured to advance students’ understanding and application of pastoral care within the congregational context, with a specific focus on A Process Theology View of the Congregation, and Nurturing Emergence. This course aims to deepen students’ comprehension of the theological underpinnings that shape effective leadership and compassionate care in a congregational setting. By exploring the principles of Process Theology, students will gain insights into the dynamic and relational nature of the congregation, recognizing the significance of every individual’s experience and contribution to the communal faith journey. The curriculum is designed to challenge students to critically engage with contemporary theological perspectives, fostering a deeper appreciation for the intricacies of congregational life and the transformative potential of pastoral leadership. Upon completion, students are expected to emerge as well-informed, reflective, and compassionate leaders, capable of guiding congregations toward meaningful transformation and spiritual depth.

How does CU Online work?
Covenant University Online is a work at your own pace online platform. Each course equates to one month. Each course begins on the first Monday of every month. All assignments, quizzes, exams and term papers are due by the 28th of every month. Once your application has been received and approved you will receive an email with your login information.
Tuitions are due on the 1st of every month. Once you have received your login information please login through the “My Account” tab and scroll down towards the bottom. There, you will be able to see the courses that are available. You may also go to covenantuniversityonline.com and click on the “All Courses” tab at the top of the page. Once you have purchased your course and you have been approved, you will receive an email stating your enrollment in the course. Following this you will then be able to sign in and access your course through the “My Account” page at the top of the covenantuniversityonline.com website.
